Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

From Owner Sandra Shinton – Doggieland Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

All of our Doggieland locations will be closed for daycare, grooming and dog-walking services as of Friday, March 20th, due to Coronavirus/COVID-19.

Boarding services at the Vaughan location will remain in operation.  Sandra & Derek (the owners of the business) will be staying on-site, to take care of any dogs who are boarding during the closure.  Transport services will not be available during this closure, so you would need to drop off and pick up directly from the Vaughan location if you need your dog boarded during this time.

At present, we will be closed until at least March 31st.  Whether we are able to re-open at that time, or need to extend the closure will be determined based on the situation at that time and based on the recommendations from the Government of Canada.  We will continue to provide updates to all customers via email and on social media as the situation evolves.

This decision was not made easily.  Many of our customers have been outstanding and generous in trying to continue to support us throughout this situation and we cannot thank them enough for that support.

If you need to drop off your dog for boarding, or pick up your dog from boarding during this closure, you can either email vaughan@doggieland.ca, or call and leave a message at 905-832-8700.  Since it will just be Sandra and Derek on the premises taking care of the dogs, they will not be able to answer/respond immediately, but will get back to any calls or inquiries as quickly as possible.

We look forward to returning to our normal hours and services as soon as we can.   Please stay safe and healthy and give your dogs a hug for us, as we miss them already.

If you have any questions prior to the closure, please feel free to call or email the North Toronto location for any inquiries.
