– Multiple Dog Discount – dogs from the same household sharing the same suite; the first dog is at full price, each additional dog receives a 10% discount. If dogs need to be housed separately, no discount applies.
– All boarding dogs must be dropped off by 1 pm.
– For existing customers who have not boarded in over 8 months, we require that their dog must complete at least 1 half day of daycare prior to their boarding stay, to ensure that their dog is a safe fit for boarding/group play.
– Prior to first time boarding stays, we require that new dogs complete at least 1 full day of daycare to ensure they are a safe fit for boarding and group play. First daycare visit is FREE.
